This Privacy Policy describes how MarketFoundry LLC and MarketFoundry Workforce Scholarship Fund (collectively "MarketFoundry," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, and protect information when you use AI Workspace Pro at marketfoundry.io (the "Service").

Account Information
- Email address (used for account creation, login, and billing)
- Password (stored as a one-way bcrypt hash — we cannot recover it)
- Subscription status and billing plan
Usage Information
- Prompts and instructions you submit to generate projects
- Projects you create, including generated HTML/code content
- Number of AI generations used per billing period
- API token usage and associated costs
- Login timestamps and session activity
Technical Information
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device type
- Pages visited and features used within the Service
Payment Information
- We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's Privacy Policy applies to payment data
- We receive confirmation of payment status, subscription type, and customer ID from Stripe
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Authenticate your account and maintain session security
- Track usage limits and enforce subscription plan terms
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (magic links, receipts, usage alerts)
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service
- Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the platform
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. AI Generation and Third-Party AI Processing
AI Workspace Pro uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate websites, tools, dashboards, and other content based on your prompts. By using the Service:
- Your prompts and uploaded files are transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing
- Anthropic's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service govern their handling of this data
- We do not instruct Anthropic to train their models on your prompts, but you should review Anthropic's current data practices at anthropic.com/privacy
⚠️ Important
Do not include sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, passwords) in prompts or uploaded files.
4. Stock Photography
The Service uses the Pexels API to include stock photography in generated projects. When images are fetched, your IP address may be transmitted to Pexels. Pexels' Privacy Policy applies to those requests. Generated projects that include Pexels images are subject to the Pexels License.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Account data and project files are stored on secured AWS infrastructure in the United States
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plaintext
- Sessions use cryptographically secure tokens
- All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data
- No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion
- Generated projects: Retained while your account is active. Free accounts may have projects deleted after 90 days of inactivity
- Usage logs: Retained for 12 months for fraud detection and billing purposes
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing [email protected]
7. Cookies and Tracking
- Session cookies to keep you logged in
- No third-party advertising or tracking cookies
- No analytics services that identify you personally (we may use aggregate, anonymized analytics)
8. Sharing of Information
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing), Pexels (images), AWS (hosting) — each bound by their own privacy policies
- Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or government request
- Business transfers: If MarketFoundry is acquired or merges, your data may transfer as part of that transaction
- With your consent: For any other purpose with your explicit permission

- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your generated projects
- Opt out of non-transactional communications
