This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for AI Workspace Pro at marketfoundry.io, operated by MarketFoundry LLC ("MarketFoundry," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here is what happens when you cancel:
- Monthly plans: You retain full access through the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew
- Annual plans: You retain full access through the end of your 12-month period. Your subscription will not renew
- Founding Member plans: Same as monthly — access through end of current period
- Complete Program: One-time purchase. No recurring billing to cancel. Access is permanent

We never charge cancellation fees, early termination fees, or penalties of any kind. Cancel whenever you want with no strings attached.
Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as described below or as required by applicable law:
- Monthly and Founding Member plans: No partial-month refunds are issued. You retain access through the end of your paid period
- Annual plans: No partial-year refunds are issued. You retain access through the end of your annual period
- Complete Program: No refunds after enrollment begins and course materials are accessed
Exceptions
We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Extended technical outage caused by MarketFoundry that prevented you from using the Service
- Duplicate or erroneous charges resulting from a billing error
- You were charged after cancellation due to a processing delay

Chargebacks

Chargebacks filed with your bank or credit card company without first contacting MarketFoundry may result in immediate account termination. We are always happy to resolve billing questions directly — just email us or call.
How to Cancel
We process cancellation requests within 1 business day. You will receive email confirmation when your cancellation is complete.
Scholarship Recipients
If you received access through the MarketFoundry Workforce Scholarship Fund, your enrollment was funded by a community sponsor. There is no cost to you and no refund applies. If you have questions about your scholarship enrollment, contact us at [email protected].
