What You Can Build
MarketFoundry's AI Workspace is designed to help you create legitimate websites, tools, dashboards, landing pages, calculators, and other web-based projects. We encourage creative, productive use of the platform for personal, business, educational, and nonprofit purposes.

- Portfolios and personal sites
- Calculators, trackers, and productivity tools
- Educational resources and guides
- Small business tools and dashboards
- Event pages, menus, and informational sites
- Nonprofit and community project pages
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to create, host, or distribute any of the following:

- Content that is illegal under federal, state, or local law
- Malware, phishing pages, exploit kits, or any tools designed to harm computer systems or users
- Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors
- Content promoting violence, terrorism, or inciting harm against any person or group
- Hate speech or content promoting discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Impersonation of other individuals, businesses, or organizations
- Fraudulent or deceptive websites (fake stores, scam pages, counterfeit branding)
- Spam pages or content designed solely for SEO manipulation
- Content that infringes on the intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights of others
- Collection or harvesting of personal information without consent
Platform Integrity
You also agree not to:
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service beyond normal usage
- Resell, sublicense, or share account access without written permission
- Intentionally overload the Service or interfere with other users' access
- Create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits
AI-Generated Content Responsibility
Content generated through our AI tools is your responsibility. While our AI systems have built-in safeguards, you are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. You agree that:
- You will review generated content for accuracy before use
- You will not publish generated content that you know to be false or misleading
- You will not use AI-generated content to impersonate real people
- You understand that AI-generated content may require editing or verification
Enforcement
MarketFoundry reserves the right to take action against accounts that violate this policy, including:
- Issuing a warning and requesting removal of violating content
- Temporarily suspending access to the Service
- Permanently terminating the account without refund
- Removing or disabling violating content
- Reporting illegal activity to appropriate authorities

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
